HiPure Gel Pure DNA Kit uses proprietary chemistry and HiPure technology to recover DNA fragments between 60bp-10kbp with yields exceeding 80%. DNA is suitable for ligations, PCR, sequencing, restriction digestion, or various labeling reactions.
