Low TE is commonly used for the preservation of genomic DNA, RNA, and dissolution of plasmid DNA and DNA purification products. The EDTA component is beneficial for the long-term preservation of DNA. This product reduces the EDTA content to 0.1mm to prevent from affecting PCR and enzymatic systems.

Formula
Formula:10mm Tris, pH 8.0, 0.1mm EDTA.
Mix DEPC treated 0.5M EDTA, DEPC treated water and 2M Tris (pH8.0, DNase/RNase Free) in proportion. After sub-packaging, sterilize under high temperature and high pressure.
